Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Ephesian 6:10-13 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
God’s word makes it clear: For we struggle not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. So we must let the words of Joshua burn in our hearts “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
We pray on the side of the Almighty! The victory we celebrated on Resurrection Day is placed into action each day as we pray and live our lives as light before all people. It is time for us to be strong and courageous. We must be steeped in the knowledge that the battle belongs to the Lord. The kingdom of God is continually advancing. As we pray we are Father’s faithful soldiers declaring his intentions and the victory of His glorious son into this earth. We are in Him and He is in us. We abide continually in his covering.
Worthy, He is worthy. Mighty, He is Mighty! He has overcome all things. Be strong and courageous!
