In this podcast Professor Wagner analyzes today’s U.S. Supreme Court ruling upholding religious speech. The Court decisively rebuked the City of Boston for banning a Christian viewpoint while it allowed expression of virtually every other viewpoint. Boston allowed every group to express themselves through flying their flag, except for a Christian group.
